Explanation
I sometimes focus too much on perfecting small details, which can take extra time, but I am learning to balance quality with efficiency. Another area I am working on is public speaking, and I have been actively improving by participating in presentations and group discussions. I believe in continuously working on my weaknesses and turning them into strengths through practice and feedback.
