Explanation
During a project, my professor suggested an approach that I felt would create scalability issues later, so I respectfully scheduled a one-on-one meeting to present my concerns with supporting research and alternative solutions. I presented my viewpoint professionally without being confrontational, listened to their perspective, and together we found a middle ground that addressed both concerns. This taught me that disagreements can be constructive when handled with respect, data, and willingness to find the best solution together.
