Explanation
When two senior developers on my team had a conflict about architectural decisions that was affecting team morale and progress, I scheduled individual meetings to understand each perspective, then facilitated a technical discussion where both could present their approaches with pros and cons. I encouraged data-driven arguments, helped them find common ground, and when necessary, made the final decision based on project requirements while acknowledging both viewpoints.
