Explanation
When I face conflicting priorities, I first assess the urgency and business impact of each task, then communicate with stakeholders to understand which deliverable is truly most critical. I create a clear priority list, focus on high-impact tasks first, and transparently inform relevant people about timelines so expectations are managed properly. If everything is genuinely urgent, I discuss with my manager to either get resources for delegation or negotiate deadlines, rather than spreading myself too thin and delivering poor quality work.
