Explanation
For me, success means achieving both personal and professional goals while maintaining work-life balance and staying true to my values. It is about continuous learning, making a positive impact through my work, and contributing to my team's and organization's growth. I also measure success by how much I have learned, the challenges I have overcome, and the relationships I have built along the way.
