During my academic projects and internships, I typically worked around 40 to 45 hours per week during regular schedules, focusing on maintaining productivity rather than just logging hours. However, when deadlines are tight or projects demand extra effort, I am willing to put in additional hours to ensure quality delivery. I believe in working smart and managing time efficiently so that most work gets done during regular hours while staying flexible for urgent situations.
